Our flagship equipment, AWDS, is designed for automatic cleaning oil well columns cleaning. It is a cost-effective, user- and eco–friendly way to keep tubing clean.

Automated efficiency and Safety at the core
Safety of people and the environment is our prerogative, so the AWDS control station housing is explosion-proof for safe placement at the wellhead.

In addition, the AWDS is designed for mechanical tubing cleaning with a specialized scraper (pig), eliminating the use of hazardous cleaning agents.

Designed for both onshore and offshore wells, the AWDS requires minimal maintenance. Can be operated remotely and consumes minimal power.

Cost-Effectiveness

    Thanks to its low weight (150 kg), the unit provides a simple and efficient installation process. The AWDS can be commissioned and maintained by the operator without the need for special lengthy training.
    * The only thing required is the presence of the supplier's specialist on first use.

    The AWDS eliminates the need for expensive chemicals that are hazardous to the environment and reduces dependence on chemical suppliers.
  • Operational Efficiency
    - Oil production is not interrupted during periodic stripping cycles;
    - The AWDS is suitable for wells with various oil production methods including free-flow, deep-well pump, gas-lift;
    - The maximum power consumption does not exceed 0.75 kW, which contributes to energy savings;
    - The unit adapts to tubing of any diameter;
    - There is a wide range of scrapers (pigs) adapted to different downhole conditions, ensuring optimum performance;
    - The AWDS works effectively in extreme climatic conditions, from +60°C to -60°C.
  • Remote Monitoring and Control
    - The AWDS is capable of operating partially autonomously from a wind-solar system or a compact, low-power diesel generator and responding to changes in well flow to improve operational reliability;
    - It maintains constant communication with personnel via modem, allowing remote monitoring of well conditions and facilitating comprehensive well surveys using instruments attached to parts of the mechanism;
    - The station's control panel can be adapted to any language, making it easy for different teams to use.
  • Longevity and Safety
    - Designed for a long service life of 10 years or more, it requires only simple maintenance;
    - The explosion-proof design ensures safety in dangerous environments.
The AWDS has a modular design. It includes a heated lubricator with an induction coil (sensor), a gearbox, a sheave with slickline, a base for attaching a rack to the lubricator, a rack with a terminal box and a slickline tension control device (sensor), a stuffing box (SUSH), a casing and a mechanism control station.
